1. I live in Florida

Willing to drive to Jupiter? Our new clinic address: 401 Maplewood Drive, Suite 8, Jupiter, FL 33458

You're considered local, and we’d love to see you in person!

Your First Step: Telehealth Veterinary Behavior Intake

  • A 45-minute Zoom visit with one of our experienced behavior technicians.
  • Our technician will listen to your concerns, learn about your pet's history, to make sure Dr. Radosta has a clear picture before you meet her.
  • You’ll leave this appointment with caring guidance, helpful tips, and immediate support to start making things better for you and your pet.
  • This type of intake doesn't include any medication or medical testing options.
  • You will not meet with Dr. Radosta during this appointment.
  • Cost: $189

Next Step: See Dr. Radosta in Person

  • Once your telehealth appointment is complete, we’ll send you a link to easily schedule your in-person visit at our Jupiter, FL office.
  • By then, Dr. Radosta will have a foundational understanding of your pet’s situation—so you can jump right into a personalized plan for your pet.
  • Cost: $500

2. Not local or not able to travel?

You still have two great options:

Option 1: Telehealth Behavioral Consultation with Dr. Radosta

  • Meet Dr. Radosta virtually for one hour
We’ll spend this time gathering your pet’s behavioral and medical history, reviewing any current medications, and learning about your specific concerns.
  • Receive a personalized behavior, medical, and (if appropriate) medication strategy
Dr. Radosta will develop a plan tailored to your pet’s needs. While she cannot prescribe medications directly, she will recommend options to your veterinarian, who can then write any necessary prescriptions as allowed under Florida law if they are amenable to that.
  • Effortless coordination with your veterinarian
After your virtual session, Dr. Radosta will send the full plan to your regular vet. This ensures seamless care continuity and that your veterinarian—who can prescribe—has everything they need.
  • Includes a two-week follow-up by Dr. Radosta
Florida law allows up to two weeks of follow-up support. During this time, Dr. Radosta remains available to clarify any questions, adjust the plan as needed, and support you and your pet as you begin implementing the recommendations.
  • Cost: $500

Why this works for you and your pet:

  • Comfort and convenience:
You engage directly with Dr. Radosta from home, without rushing to an office.
  • Expert, compassionate insights:
She listens, understands, and collaborates with your local veterinarian to ensure your pet gets precisely what they need.
  • Ongoing support:
From history-gathering to follow-up—every step is carefully guided to put you and your pet at ease.

Option 2: Vet-to-Vet Online Consult

  • You fill out and submit our questionnaire form, your pet’s medical records and videos through our easy to use online portal.
  • Detailed, actionable plan
Within 2 business days, your veterinarian will receive a complete written report with behavioral, medical, and (if appropriate) medication recommendations tailored to your pet.
  • Fast, collaborative care
This is an excellent choice if you need expert help quickly and cannot drive to our Jupiter office. Your veterinarian can immediately begin implementing the plan without waiting for an in-person appointment.
  • Legal limitations to understand

    • Florida law requires that prescriptions and certain medical decisions be made by the veterinarian who has physically examined your pet.
    • Dr. Radosta will provide detailed recommendations, but cannot prescribe medication or directly advise you. Her team also cannot directly advise you on the treatment for your pet.
    • Your veterinarian will decide on and provide any prescriptions.
    • Dr. Radosta is available to your veterinarian for follow up.

  • Cost: $375
